Leading cooling solutions company, STULZ Australia, has been certified as one of the top companies under 100 employees in this year’s Great Place to Work® study, the first HVAC company to receive the accolade.
The Sydney based company, who has five offices across the country, says its inclusion in the 2018 study is proof that creating an engaged, happy workplace is not the preserve of big companies with millions to spend.
The report, currently in its eleventh year, names the highest-ranked organisations according to their workplace culture, and looks to highlight the yearly workplace trends aimed at engaging and rewarding employees, and increasing efficiency and innovation.
Managing Director of STULZ Australia, John Jakovcevic, understands that ‘a great workplace’ is no longer a nice to have for his business – it's a must for business success.
